A snippet of the NakedYoga©™ Series promised to students in 2020

... but I don't have shoes with ticks, I don't own matching workout gear, I really need to get new leggings, my leggings don't match my top, my clothes are too old and holey, I don't have a yoga mat, the yoga mat really needs to match my work-out great, I don't have a theraband, I don't have weights, I already worked out today, I need to conserve my energy, I'm in a hurry to get to work, the kids don't allow me time, the house is too noisy, I'm too tired to get up earlier, I ate too much and can't move, I'm comfortable in my chair, doing yoga at bedtime is silly, I'm comfy in my p.j.s though, I haven't done my make-up, I haven't brushed my hair, I haven't brushed my teeth, I can't follow the poses, I don't know left from right and will be unco-ordinated, yoga doesn't even really do anything anyway, I might strain myself, what if it makes me feel worse instead of better, self-care is a luxury I can't afford, it won't help me lose weight anyway, I'll do it when I'm on holidays, the others do it better than me and make me feel foolish, I'm too old, I'm too fat, I'm too tired, I have sensitive knees, my illness prevents me from moving at all ever, I'll start yoga when I lose weight/feel happier, but it's raining, the sky is blue and I really need to be outside, I'm feeling lazy today, the housework needs my attention, I'll just finish reading this book, I just need to google this one thing, but my phone is fascinating ... :)

I've heard it all, not from you, from me! I could go on here about the history of me and how yo-yo dieting almost destroyed my health and how my weight fluctuates 5kg one side or the other - sometimes within days or even hours - and seems to have a mind of its own. Also about being a gym junkie until burn-out - on and on it goes, not just for me but probably for every human on the planet. But it's so boring! I made these videos with four hours of sleep under my belt and am completely naked. Do you get what I mean? This is me a la naturele; in my pj's, no war paint on, straight from waking up and giggling because I'm too sleepy to remember lefts and rights. If I can do it so can you. You don't need fancy gear but it is true that you really begin to benefit from yoga when it's done every day or almost every day. Would I lie to you :)

Why don't you video yourself doing this and send it to me. We can compare our experiences and work together on our weight loss journey. I'm not going to work you hard; yoga is also about quiet contemplation and becoming centered. I think it's time for some fun and lion's breath is fun! And speaking about that don't forget to wear something baggy so you can enter "your own secret love cave" as Adriene calls it :)
